Today I called spontaneously, drove over and a good three hours later I picked up five "problem knives" that were partly really sharp... and at an absolutely fair price... On top of that, he's a really nice guy who I immediately started chatting to about mountain hiking, mobile homes, barefoot shoes and the rest of life... :-) I can really only recommend him....

I gave away my knives and got a really nice sharp blade back. I also gave away a few knives belonging to my colleague, one of which was so blunt that you couldn't tell the edge from the back of the knife. But even that one became very sharp again.
